in above sentence why did use “would” instead of will please give reason

The above sentences seem to me ‘hypothetical questions’ and that’s why ‘would’ has been used.
1. Aap Kaise Kisi Ko Suicide Karne Se Rokenge?
2. Sakaraatmak Bhedbhaav Ko Aap Kaise Varnan Karenge?

असंदिग्ध भेदभाव को आप कैसे वर्णित कर सकते हैं?

भेद भाव “सकारात्मक” हो, यह संभावना काल्पनिक है - भेदभाव तो भेदभाव है इसलिये वास्तविक, असंदिग्ध, धनात्मक, आदि शब्द काम में लेना उपयुक्त होगा।
