2) “I have been seen this type of culture for last few years”
My doubt is that “have/has + been + past participle” could be used in sentence formation or not. If not, why ?

Among them, which one is correct and when we are supposed use “Do” & “Are” analytically.

When and in which situation we could use the above sentences separately.
