there is no specific Telugu word for day to day usage.
nowadays word Paneer is directly used in Telugu script ( పనీర్ ) or పన్నీర్ (Panneer)
however, it can be called as paala virugu ( పాల విరుగు ) or junnu ( జున్ను )
