.vaani has correctly answered this, I just want to add something to it.

In India, many times a ‘Picture’ in colloquial language refers to a ‘movie’.

So the sentence literally means “The movie is still remaining (it’s not over yet)” - but refers to the ‘story of real life’ as .vaani said, essentially meaning something like “wait and watch, it’s not over yet”.
