मैंने तुमसे एक कप चाय मंगवाई |
उसने तुम्हे गुड्डू से सौ रुपये दिलाये/दिलवाए ।
i asked you to bring one cup tea. she/he told guddu to give you 100 rupees.
@khandelwal.shweta, 2nd one would be written more appropriately as : He got Guddu to give you 100 rupees.
ma’am why we use got here?
can’t we you use make in place of got?
I’m not a ma’am, if you are thinking I’m one. :)
Anyway, we could use ‘made’ (not make) here if “He” had to sort of force Guddu to give Rs. 100/-, which I assume wasn’t the case. For this case, thus, ‘got’ serves better.
