1. Kal hospital gaya tha?
2. Kal hospital gayi thi?
3. Kal hospital gaye the? (plural - is the plural form of the sentence same for both the genders?)

Keep everything the same. Only change thā and thī to sī, and the to san. Sī and San are gender independent unlike the Hindi equivalents.
