What is the exact meaning of the following sentences in telugu.

1. ‘Notwithstanding such repeal’

2. ‘not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act’

1. Notwithstanding such repeal => రద్దు చేసినప్పటికీ (raddu chaesinappatikee) / నిషేధించినప్పటికీ (nishaedinchinappatikee) / కొట్టివేసినప్పటికీ (kottivaesinappatikee)

2. not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act => ఈ చట్టం యొక్క నిబంధనలకి భిన్నంగా లేదు (ee chattam yokka nibhandanalaki bhinnamgaa laedu)
