टखना या गुल्फ, पैर का वह भाग है जहाँ पगतली ऊपरी भाग से जुड़ती है। पिण्डली और एड़ी के बीच की दोनों ओर उभरी हुई हड्डी के पास के भाग को भी टखना कहा जाता है। इस भाग की गतिशीलता पैर को पीछे मोड़ने और चलने में सहायक होती हैं। सामान्यतः टखना शब्द टखने के पास के क्षेत्र के लिए प्रयुक्त होता है।

The ankle, the talocrural region or the jumping bone (informal) is the area where the foot and the leg meet.
