श्रम दक्षता संबंधी विज्ञान (अंग्रेज़ी:इर्गोनॉमिक्स) कर्मचारियों के स्वास्थ्य को नुकसान पहुंचाए बिना उनकी कार्य क्षमता को बढ़ाया जा सके, ऐसा विज्ञान होता है। यह कार्य, कार्य स्थल और संबंधित उपस्करों के अभिकल्पन का विज्ञान होता है, जो कर्मचारियों की कार्य क्षमता बढ़ाने में सहायक हो। सही इर्गोनॉमिक डिज़ाइन पुनरावृत्त तनाव क्षति यानि आर.एस.आई. जैसी क्षतियों से बचाव में अत्यंत सहायक होता है। इसको समय के साथ विकसित कर प्रयोग किया जा सकता है व बहुत सी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दीर्घकालीन विकलांगताओं से बचा जा सकता है। ९०% लोगों को अपने जीवनकाल में किसी न किसी समय रीढ़ की हड्डी में दर्द की शिकायत से जूझना पड़ता है। ऐसे में काम करने के गलत तरीकों और गलत मुद्राओं में बैठने और काम करने से समस्या और भी अधिक बढ़ जाती है।
