रसायन शास्त्र, खनिज शास्त्र एवं पदार्थ विज्ञान में क्रिस्टल उन ठोसों को कहते हैं जिनके अणु, परमाणु या आयन, एक व्यवस्थित क्रम में लगे होते हैं तथा यही क्रम सभी तरफ दोहराया जाता है। प्रतिदिन के प्रयोग के अधिकतर पदार्थ बहुक्रिस्टलीय (पॉलीक्रिटलाइन) होते हैं।
