ओड़िया (ଓଡ଼ିଆ) भारत के ओड़िशा प्रान्त में बोली जाने वाली भाषा है। यह भाषा यहाँ के राज्य सरकार की राजभाषा भी है। भाषाई परिवार के तौर पर ओड़िआ एक आर्य भाषा है और नेपाली, बांग्ला, असमिया और मैथिली से इसका निकट संबंध है। ओड़िशा की भाषा और जाति दोनों ही अर्थो में उड़िया शब्द का प्रयोग होता है, किंतु वास्तव में ठीक रूप ओड़िआ होना चाहिए। इसकी व्युत्पत्ति का विकासक्रम कुछ विद्वान् इस प्रकार मानते हैं ओड्रविषय, ओड्रविष, ओडिष, आड़िषा या ओड़िशा। सबसे पहले भरत के नाट्यशास्त्र में उड्रविभाषा का उल्लेख मिलता है।
