भागीदारी या साझेदारी (partnership) व्यावसायिक संगठन का एक स व्यक्तियों का पारस्परिक संबंध है, जिसमें लाभ कमाने के उद्देश्य से एक व्यावसायिक उद्यम का गठन किया जाता है। वे व्यक्ति जो एक साथ मिलकर व्यवसाय करते है, उन्हें व्यक्तिगत रूप से ‘साझेदारी’ (पार्टनरशिप) और सामूहिक रूप से ‘फर्म’ कहा जाता है। जिस नाम से व्यवसाय किया जाता है उसे ‘फर्म का नाम’ कहते हैं। सुलतान एंड कंपनी, रामलाल एंड कंपनी, गुप्ता एंड कंपनी आदि कुछ फर्मों के नाम हैं।
