কশেরুকা মানবদেহের মেরুদণ্ডের অংশ বিশেষ। প্রকৃতপক্ষে [মেরুদণ্ড] অনেকগুলো কশেরুকার উপর্যুপরি বিন্যাস। কশেরুকা অস্থি এবং হায়ালিন তরুণাস্থির সমন্বয়ে গঠিত জটিল কাঠামো যা প্রজাতিভেদে কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে। একে অনিয়ত অস্থি এর তালিকায় রাখা হয়।মানবদেহের মেরুদণ্ডে সর্বমোট ৩৩ টি কশেরুকা থাকে কিন্তু প্রাপ্ত বয়স্কদের দেহে কশেরুকার সংখ্যা 26 টি। কশেরুকার মধ্যস্থিত ছিদ্র দিয়ে মস্তিষ্ক থেকে স্নায়ু শরীরে প্রবেশ করে।
