એરંડીયું અથવા દિવેલ એક વનસ્પતિ તેલ છે, જે દિવેલીના બીયાંમાંથી તેને પીલીને કાઢવામાં આવે છે. આ તેલ રંગે રંગહીનથી લઇને હલ્કા પીળા રંગનું પ્રવાહી હોય છે. આ તેલ ગંધવિહીન અને સ્વાદવિહીન હોય છે. દિવેલનો ઉપયોગ ભારતીય ઉપખંડના પરંપરાગત આરોગ્યના શાસ્ત્ર આયુર્વેદમાં ઔષધ તરીકે બહોળા પ્રમાણમાં કરવામાં આવે છે. આ ઉપરાંત તેનો ઉપયોગ માથાના વાળ માટે પણ કરવામાં આવે છે.

Castor oil is a vegetable oil pressed from castor beans. It is a colourless or pale yellow liquid with a distinct taste and odor. Its boiling point is 313 °C (595 °F) and its density is 0.961 g/cm³. It includes a mixture of triglycerides in which about 90% of fatty acids are ricinoleates. Oleic acid and linoleic acid are the other significant components.
