खाता-बही या लेजर (ledger) उस मुख्य बही (पुस्तक) को कहते हैं जिसमें पैसे के लेन-देन का हिसाब रखा जाता है। आजकल यह कम्पयूटर-फाइल के रूप में भी होती है। खाता बही में सभी लेन-देन को खाता के अनुसार लिखा जाता है जिसमें डेबित और क्रेडित के के दो अलग-अलग कॉलम होते हैं।
