கரண்டி (Spoon) என்பது சாப்பிடவும் சமையலிலும் பயன்படும் ஓர் கருவி. கரண்டிகள் அவற்றின் தேவைக்கேற்ப பல அளவுகளிலும் உள்ளன. நீர்ம உணவுகள், குளிர் களி போன்றவற்றை உண்பதற்குக் கரண்டிகள் அவசியமானவை. தேக்கரண்டியும் மேசைக்கரண்டியும் சமையல், மருந்துத் தேவைகளில் அளவு கருவிகளாகவும் பயன்படுகின்றன. மருந்துகளை அளக்க, அளவு கரண்டிகள் தனியாக துல்லியமாக செய்யப்படுகின்றன. தேக்கரண்டி (teaspoon) என்பது 5 மில்லிலிட்டர் (mL) அளவாகும்.
