தலையணை (Pillow) என்பது தலையை ஓய்வாக வைத்திருப்பதற்குப் பயன்படும் சிறு சாதனமாகும். வழமையாக மென்மையானது. பொதுவாகக் கட்டிலில் தூங்கும் போது தலைக்கு அணையாகப் பயன்படுகிறது. தலையணையின் உள்ளே ஆரம்ப காலத்தில் வைக்கோல் பயன்பட்டது. இப்போது பஞ்சு போன்றவை பயன்படுகின்றன. இவற்றை உள்ளே வைத்துத் துணி அல்லது பட்டினால் ஆன உறையினால் மூடியதாக தலையணை இருக்கும்.

Decorative pillows used on beds, couches or chairs are sometimes referred to as cushions.
