वक्ष (thorax) या छाती (chest) मानवों व अन्य कशेरुकी प्राणियों की शरीर योजना में आगे की ओर स्थित गर्दन और उदर के बीच का भाग होता है। इसमें वक्ष गुहा, वक्ष भित्ति के साथ-साथ कई मांसपेशियाँ और हृदय, फेफड़े, श्वासनली, ग्रासनली तथा थाइमस ग्रंथि जैसे महत्वपूर्ण अंग शामिल हैं। पसली पिंजर पूरे छाती क्षेत्र की रक्षा करता है। छाती पर कई रोगों का प्रभाव हो सकता है और छाती-पीढ़ा इनमें से कई का मुख्य संकेत होती है।
