सरकारी व्यवथाओं में एकसदनवाद (unicameralism) उस विधि को कहते हैं जिसमें विधायिका (legislature) में एक सदन हो। उदाहरण के लिये भारत के गुजरात राज्य में एक-सदन की विधान सभा ही है । राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारत में द्विसदनपद्धति (bicameralism) है क्योंकि भारतीय संसद में लोक सभा व राज्य सभा को अलग रखा गया है, लेकिन फ़िलिपीन्स जैसे कुछ देशों में एकसदनी संसदें हैं।
