रसोचिकित्सा या रासाय चिकित्सा या रसायन चिकित्सा या कीमोथेरेपी एक ऐसा औषधीय उपचार है जो कैंसर की कोशिकाओं को नष्ट करने के लिए दिया जाता है। कीमोथेरेपी शब्द दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है - कैमिकल अर्थात् रसायन और थेरेपी अर्थात् उपचार। किस को किस प्रकार की कीमोथेरेपी दी जाए, इसका निर्णय इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि आपको किस प्रकार का कैंसर है। कीमोथेरेपी अकेले भी दी जा सकती है या सर्जरी अथवा रेडियोथेरेपी के साथ भी।
