तलाक (divorce) वैवाहिक जीवन अथवा वैवाहिक बन्धन के अन्त को कहा जाता है। तलाक़ सामान्यतः विवाह के कानूनी दायित्वों और कर्त्यव्यों को निरस्त करने अथवा पुनर्गठित करने की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करता है अर्थात् यह विभिन्न राज्यों अथवा देशों के विधिक नियमों के अनुसार विवाहित जोड़ों के विवाह-बंधन को खत्म करने तरिका है। इसे न्यायालय अथवा अन्य यथोचित निकाय कानूनी प्रक्रिया कहा जा सकता है। यह विवाह के समाप्त होने की कानूनी प्रक्रिया होती है।
