அன்னம் (Swan) என்பது "அனாடிடே" குடும்பத்தைச்சேர்ந்த ஒரு பறவையாகும். இவற்றில் 6-7 வகையானவை உண்டு. அவை "அனாசெரினே" எனும் துணைக்குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவை. எனினும் அவை வழமையான அன்னங்களிலிருந்து வேறுபட்டவை. இவை முட்டையிட்டு குஞ்சு பொரிப்பதன் மூலம் இனம்பெருக்குகின்றன. இவை 3 தொடக்கம் 8 வரை முட்டையிடுகின்றன. இவை தனது குறித்த ஜோடியுடனேயே வாழ்க்கை நடத்தும். சில வேளைகளில் ஜோடிகள் பிரிவதும் உண்டு.

Swans are birds of the genus Cygnus within the family Anatidae. The swans' closest relatives include the geese and ducks. Swans are grouped with the closely related geese in the subfamily Anserinae where they form the tribe Cygnini. Sometimes, they are considered a distinct subfamily, Cygninae.
