जब उसने उनके लिए उनका सामान तैयार करा दिया तो कहा बाप की ओर सो तुम्हारा भाई है उसे मेरे पास लाना क्या देखते नहीं कि मैं पूरी माप से देता हूँ और मैं अच्छा आतिशेय भी हूँ

वे बोले हम उसके लिए उसके बाप को राज़ी करने की कोशिश करेंगे और हम यह काम अवश्य करेंगे

फिर जब वे अपने बाप के पास लौटकर गए तो कहा ऐ मेरे बाप अनाज की माप हमसे रोक दी गई है अतः हमारे भाई को हमारे साथ भेज दीजिए ताकि हम माप भर लाएँ और हम उसकी रक्षा के लिए तो मौजूद ही हैं

उन्होंने कहा ऐ अज़ीज़ इसका बाप बहुत ही बूढ़ा है इसलिए इसके स्थान पर हममें से किसी को रख लीजिए हमारी स्पष्ट में तो आप बड़े ही सुकर्मी है

और जो उसके भाई की चोरी का हाल बयान करते हो ख़ुदा खूब बवाक़िफ है इस पर उन लोगों ने कहा ऐ अज़ीज़ उस इब्ने यामीन के वालिद बहुत बूढ़े आदमी हैं और इसको बहुत चाहते हैं तो आप उसके ऐवज़ बदले हम में से किसी को ले लीजिए और उसको छोड़ दीजिए

तुम अपने बाप के पास लौटकर जाओ और कहो ऐ हमारे बाप आपके बेटे ने चोरी की है हमने तो वही कहा जो हमें मालूम हो सका परोक्ष तो हमारी दृष्टि में था नहीं
