In a significant departure from the earlier practice which was manual, CBSE for the first time had invited online applications from the Principals and Teachers for CBSE awards 2017-2018.
सीबीएसई ने लीक से हटकर पहली बार सीबीएसई पुरस्कार 2017-2018 के लिए प्रधानाध्यापकों और शिक्षकों से हस्त लिखित आवेदन देने के बजाय ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए थे।
This committee selected awardees on the basis of: General Criteria for all categories of awards , such as Academic ualifications, Scholarly Contributions, Functional Research, Curriculum, Community and Student Development achievements, awards and honours.
इस समिति ने निम्नलिखित आधार पर पुरस्कार विजेताओं का चयन किया: क. पुरस्कारों की सभी श्रेणियों के लिए सामान्य मानदंड जैसे कि अकादमिक योग्यता, विद्वत्तापूर्ण योगदान, कार्यात्मक शोध, पाठ्यक्रम, सामुदायिक एवं विद्यार्थी विकास संबंधी उपलब्धियां, पुरस्कार और सम्मान।

सीबीएसई के सचिव श्री अनुराग त्रिपाठी ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया और कहा कि ये पुरस्कार दरअसल प्रत्येक पुरस्कार विजेता की प्रतिबद्धता, समर्पण और निःस्वार्थ भावना का प्रतीक हैं।
A Screening Committee will scrutinize and shortlist the nominations received for the Awards and a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose will then consider the achievements of institutions and individuals nominated or recommended for the Awards by the prescribed authority.
एक अनुवीक्षण समिति पुरस्कार के लिये प्राप्त नामों की जांच करेगी और उन्हें छांटेगी और इस कार्य के लिये गठित चयन समिति उन व्यक्तियों एवं संस्थाओं की उपलब्धियों पर विचार करेगी जिनके नाम की संस्तुति सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा की गयी होगी।
