Then the devil left him and behold angels came and served him
ಆಗ ಸೈತಾನನು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟನು ಮತ್ತು ಇಗೋ ದೇವದೂತರು ಬಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಉಪಚರಿಸಿದರು
The devil said to him If you are the Son of God command this stone to become bread
ಆಗ ಸೈತಾನನು ಆತ ನಿಗೆನೀನು ದೇವಕುಮಾರನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಈ ಕಲ್ಲು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡು ಅಂದನು

ಬಳಿಕ ಸೈತಾನನು ಉನ್ನತವಾದ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ಲೋಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದನು
