नवरात्रि के इस पावन-पर्व पर मैं देशवासियों को अनेक-अनेक शुभकामनायें देता हू और मा-शक्ति से प्रार्थना करता हू कि देश के सामान्य-मानव के जीवन की आशा-आकांक्षाओं को पूर्ण करने के लिए हमारा देश नई ऊचाइयों को प्राप्त करे।
On this pious occasion of Navratri, I convey my best wishes to our countrymen and pray to Ma Shakti to let our country attain newer heights so that the desires and expectations of all our countrymen get fulfilled.
बाढ़ से प्रभावित लोगों की सुरक्षा और भलाई के लिए प्रार्थना करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने आशा व्यक्त की है कि प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में स्थिति जल्द से जल्द सामान्य हो जाएगी।
Praying for the safety and wellbeing of those affected by floods, the Prime Minister hopes the situation in the affected areas normalises at the earliest.
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, “मैं उन इलाकों के लोगों की सुरक्षा और भलाई की प्रार्थना करता हूं जो उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, उत्तराखंड, राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश के बाढ़ प्रभावित हिस्सों में है।
“I pray for the safety and wellbeing of those in areas affected by floods in parts UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan & MP.
मैं उनके स्‍वस्‍थ जीवन और दीर्घायु के लिए प्रार्थना करता हूं।
I pray that he is blessed with good health and a long life.
मैं आने वाले समय में राज्य की प्रगति और समृद्धि के लिए प्रार्थना करता हूं।
I pray for the progress and prosperity of the state in the times to come.

नागपुर में मैं दीक्षाभूमि में प्रार्थना करूंगा जो डॉ. अंबेडकर के साथ करीबी से जुड़ा हुआ एक पवित्र स्‍थल है।
In Nagpur, I will pray at Deekshabhoomi, a holy spot that is very closely associated with Dr. Ambedkar.
उन्होंने कहा कि दीक्षाभूमि पर प्रार्थना करने का अवसर पाकर वह सम्मानित हुए है।
He said he was honoured to have got the opportunity to pray at Deekshabhoomi.
मैं प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्राप्त करें’’।
