मंत्र के प्रयोग के साथ मिलकर तो यह शरीर के अन्दर दिव्य शक्ति को लाता है और समाधि की उस एकाग्रता के लिये जो राजयोग - प्रणाली का मुकुट है, हमें तैयार करता तथा सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
Coupled with the use of the mantra it brings the divine energy into the body and prepares for and facilitates that concentration in Samadhi which is the crown of the Rajayogic method.
विशेषकर, आध्यात्मिक जीवन इस प्रणाली में समाधि की अवस्था से अत्यधिक जुड़ा होता है।
Especially is the spiritual life, in this system, too much associated with the state of Samadhi.
