And We dispersed them through the earth in communities - some were righteous, others were not - and We tested them with prosperity and adversity that they may turn back (to righteousness).
और हमने उन्हें टुकड़े-टुकड़े करके धरती में अनेक गिरोहों में बिखेर दिया। कुछ उनमें से नेक है और कुछ उनमें इससे भिन्न हैं, और हमने उन्हें अच्छी और बुरी परिस्थितियों में डालकर उनकी परीक्षा ली, कदाचित वे पलट आएँ
And We divided them in the earth as separate groups; some of them are righteous and some are the other type; and We tested them with good (favours) and evil things (adversities) so that they may return.
और हमने उन्हें टुकड़े-टुकड़े करके धरती में अनेक गिरोहों में बिखेर दिया। कुछ उनमें से नेक है और कुछ उनमें इससे भिन्न हैं, और हमने उन्हें अच्छी और बुरी परिस्थितियों में डालकर उनकी परीक्षा ली, कदाचित वे पलट आएँ
And We divided them throughout the earth into nations. Of them some were righteous, and of them some were otherwise. And We tested them with good [ times ] and bad that perhaps they would return [ to obedience ].
और हमने उन्हें टुकड़े-टुकड़े करके धरती में अनेक गिरोहों में बिखेर दिया। कुछ उनमें से नेक है और कुछ उनमें इससे भिन्न हैं, और हमने उन्हें अच्छी और बुरी परिस्थितियों में डालकर उनकी परीक्षा ली, कदाचित वे पलट आएँ
And We have made great mountains in the earth lest it might be convulsed with them, and We have made in it wide ways that they may follow a right direction.
और हमने धरती में अटल पहाड़ रख दिए, ताकि कहीं ऐसा न हो कि वह उन्हें लेकर ढुलक जाए और हमने उसमें ऐसे दर्रे बनाए कि रास्तों का काम देते है, ताकि वे मार्ग पाएँ
And We have not created the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose; this is what the disbelievers assume; therefore ruin is for the disbelievers, by the fire.
हमने आकाश और धरती को और जो कुछ उनके बीच है, व्यर्थ नहीं पैदा किया। यह तो उन लोगों का गुमान है जिन्होंने इनकार किया। अतः आग में झोंके जाने के कारण इनकार करनेवालों की बड़ी दुर्गति है
