इसलिए, शेष 24 लाख शिक्षकों एवं विद्यालय प्रमुखों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए निष्ठा को ऑनलाइन मोड के लिए कस्टमाइज किया गया है जिसका संचालन एनसीईआरटी द्वारा दीक्षा एवं निष्ठा पोर्टलों द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
