ऐ ईमान वालों अगर तुमने अहले किताब के किसी फ़िरके क़ा भी कहना माना तो याद रखो कि वह तुमको ईमान लाने के बाद भी फिर दुबारा काफ़िर बना छोडेंग़े
O you who believe If you obey a group of those who were given the Scripture Jews and Christians they would indeed render you disbelievers after you have believed
ऐ ईमान लानेवालो यदि तुमने उनके किसी गिरोह की बात माल ली जिन्हें किताब मिली थी तो वे तुम्हारे ईमान लाने के पश्चात फिर तुम्हें अधर्मी बना देंगे
O you who believe If you obey a group of those who were given the Scripture Jews and Christians they would indeed render you disbelievers after you have believed
क्या तुमने उन लोगों को नहीं देखा जिन्हें सौभाग्य प्रदान हुआ था अर्थात किताब दी गई थी वे पथभ्रष्टता के खरीदार बने हुए है और चाहते है कि तुम भी रास्ते से भटक जाओ
Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the book the Jews purchasing the wrong path and wish that you should go astray from the Right Path
क्या तुमने उन लोगों को नहीं देखा जिन्हें किताब का एक हिस्सा दिय् गया वे अवास्तविक चीज़ो और ताग़ूत बढ़ हुए सरकश को मानते है और अधर्मियों के विषय में कहते है ये ईमानवालों से बढ़कर मार्ग पर है
Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture They believe in Jibt and Taghut and say to the disbelievers that they are better guided as regards the way than the believers Muslims
और ऐ मुशरेकीन ये किताब हमने इसलिए नाज़िल की कि तुम कहीं यह कह बैठो कि हमसे पहले किताब ख़ुदा तो बस सिर्फ दो ही गिरोहों यहूद व नसारा पर नाज़िल हुई थी अगरचे हम तो उनके पढ़ने पढ़ाने से बेखबर थे
Lest you pagan Arabs should say The Book was only sent down to two sects before us the Jews and the Christians and for our part we were in fact unaware of what they studied

कि कहीं ऐसा न हो कि तुम कहने लगो किताब तो केवल हमसे पहले के दो गिरोहों पर उतारी गई थी और हमें तो उनके पढ़ने पढ़ाने की ख़बर तक न थी

This is the Book the Quran sent down unto you O Muhammad SAW so let not your breast be narrow therefrom that you warn thereby and a reminder unto the believers
यह एक किताब है जो तुम्हारी ओर उतारी गई है अतः इससे तुम्हारे सीने में कोई तंगी न हो ताकि तुम इसके द्वारा सचेत करो और यह ईमानवालों के लिए एक प्रबोधन है

और जो लोग किताब ख़ुदा को मज़बूती से पकड़े हुए हैं और पाबन्दी से नमाज़ अदा करते हैं उन्हें उसका सवाब ज़रूर मिलेगा क्योंकि हम हरगिज़ नेकोकारो का सवाब बरबाद नहीं करते
And as to those who hold fast to the Book ie act on its teachings and perform As Salat Iqamat as Salat certainly We shall never waste the reward of those who do righteous deeds
और जो लोग किताब को मज़बूती से थामते है और जिन्होंने नमाज़ क़ायम कर रखी है तो काम को ठीक रखनेवालों के प्रतिदान को हम कभी अकारथ नहीं करते
And as to those who hold fast to the Book ie act on its teachings and perform As Salat Iqamat as Salat certainly We shall never waste the reward of those who do righteous deeds
