और तुम तो यक़ीनन उनको सीधी राह की तरफ बुलाते हो
And most surely you invite them to a right way.
और ख़ुदा के सिवा न उनके सरपरस्त ही होंगे जो उनकी मदद को आएँ और जिसको ख़ुदा गुमराह ी में छोड़ दे तो उसके लिए (हिदायत की) कोई राह नहीं
And no protectors have they to help them, other than Allah. And for any whom Allah leaves to stray, there is no way (to the Goal).
'और यह कि हममें से कुछ मुस्लिम (आज्ञाकारी) है और हममें से कुछ हक़ से हटे हुए है। तो जिन्होंने आज्ञापालन का मार्ग ग्रहण कर लिया उन्होंने भलाई और सूझ-बूझ की राह ढूँढ़ ली
And of us some are Muslims, and of us some are deviators. Then whosoever hath embraced Islam - such have endeavoured after a Path of rectitude.
और जो लोग ख़ुदा की राह में शहीद किए गए उन्हें हरगिज़ मुर्दा न समझना बल्कि वह लोग जीते जागते मौजूद हैं अपने परवरदिगार की तरफ़ से वह (तरह तरह की) रोज़ी पाते हैं
And reckon not thou those slain in the way of Allah to be dead. Nay, they are alive, and with their Lord, and provided for.
और जो लोग ख़ुदा की राह में मारे गए उन्हें कभी मुर्दा न कहना बल्कि वह लोग ज़िन्दा हैं मगर तुम उनकी ज़िन्दगी की हक़ीकत का कुछ भी शऊर नहीं रखते
And say not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah, 'They are dead.' Nay, they are living, but you perceive (it) not.

और दोनों को सीधी राह की हिदायत फ़रमाई

और यह अकारण नहीं है कि जब हम ठाकुरों जैसे महत्वपूर्ण परिवार की वंश परंपरा के सूत्र ढूंढने लगते हैं तो हम बहुत जल्द ही प्रचलित रूढ़ियों और पारिवारिक अनुश्रुतियों के गलियारों में खो जाते हैं और उसी अतीत में से हमें अपनी राह बहुत सावधानी से चुननी है।
And so when we trace the genealogy of even such a remarkable family as the Tagores we are soon lost in the mists of popular tradition and family lore through which we have to pick our way gingerly backwards.
और ये कि (देखो) सिर्फ मेरी इबादत करना यही (नजात की) सीधी राह है
And that you shall serve Me? This is a straight path.
और ये कि (देखो) सिर्फ मेरी इबादत करना यही (नजात की) सीधी राह है
And that you should serve Me; this is the right way.
और ये कि (देखो) सिर्फ मेरी इबादत करना यही (नजात की) सीधी राह है
And that you worship [ only ] Me? This is a straight path.
