But surely, We shall cause those who disbelieve to taste a severe torment, and certainly, We shall requite them the worst of what they used to do.
लेकिन यह उनके साथ पहले हुए अपमान का पूरा बदला नहीं था।
But that was not compensation enough for his earlier humiliation.
किंतु यह प्रथा बहुत पुरानी है और विश्वास इतने दृढ़ हो चुके हैं कि इन्हें बदला या समाप्त नहीं किया जा सकता।
But the practice is age-long and faith too formidable to be changed or displaced.
लेकिन इस चुनौती को भी एक युवा भारत - जीवंत, ऊर्जावान और आदर्शवादी भारत के निर्माण के अवसर में बदला जा सकता है।

रहे वे लोग जो ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए उन्हें वह उनका पूरा-पूरा बदला देगा। अल्लाह अत्याचारियों से प्रेम नहीं करता

मगर (हॉ) जिन लोगों ने (निफ़ाक़ से) तौबा कर ली और अपनी हालत दुरूस्त कर ली और ख़ुदा से लगे लिपटे रहे और अपने दीन को महज़ ख़ुदा के वास्ते निरा खरा कर लिया तो ये लोग मोमिनीन के साथ (बेहिश्त में) होंगे और मोमिनीन को ख़ुदा अनक़रीब ही बड़ा (अच्छा) बदला अता फ़रमाएगा
But those who repent and mend their ways, who hold fast to God and are sincere in their worship of God will be joined with the believers; and God will bestow a great reward upon the believers.
अतः हम अवश्य ही उन लोगों को, जिन्होंने इनकार किया, कठोर यातना का मजा चखाएँगे, और हम अवश्य उन्हें उसका बदला देंगे, जो निकृष्टतम कर्म वे करते रहे है
But verily We shall cause those who disbelieve to taste an awful doom, and verily We shall requite them the worst of what they used to do.
ऐसे टूटे - हारे चोट खाए हुए लोगों की मदद करके उनके हितैषी बनते हैं, फिर उनके हाथ में हथियार थमा देते हैं कि जाओ अपना बदला ले लो।
By sympathising with these broken and shattered people who have suffered from oppression all the time they masquarade as their godfathers and place weapons in their hands, goading them to take revenge against their oppressors as an act of retribution.
