ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਕ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਮਛੇਰੇ ਭੈਣ ਭਰਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਨ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ, ਘੱਟ ਵਿਆਜ ਉਤੇ ਲੋਨ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਡੇਢ ਕਰੋੜ, ਦੋ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਬੋਟ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਣ।
