और आप अपने ऊपर ज़ुल्म करते थे और जब वह पछताए और उन्होने अपने को यक़ीनी गुमराह देख लिया तब कहने लगे कि अगर हमारा परदिगार हम पर रहम नहीं करेगा और हमारा कुसूर न माफ़ करेगा तो हम यक़ीनी घाटा उठाने वालों में हो जाएगें

फिर हमने बदहाली को ख़ुशहाली में बदल दिया यहाँ तक कि वे ख़ूब फले फूले और कहने लगे ये दुख और सुख तो हमारे बाप दादा को भी पहुँचे हैं अनततः जब वे बेखबर थे हमने अचानक उन्हें पकड़ लिया
then We gave them in the place of evil good till they multiplied and said 'Hardship and happiness visited our fathers ' So We seized them suddenly unawares
फिर हमने तकलीफ़ की जगह आराम को बदल दिया यहाँ तक कि वह लोग बढ़ निकले और कहने लगे कि इस तरह की तकलीफ़ व आराम तो हमारे बाप दादाओं को पहुँच चुका है तब हमने उस बढ़ाने के की सज़ा में अचानक उनको अज़ाब में गिरफ्तार किया
