Do not be like those who have forgotten Allah so that He has caused them to forget their souls. Those, they are the evildoers.
और उन लोगों की तरह न हो जाना जिन्होंने अल्लाह को भुला दिया। तो उसने भी ऐसा किया कि वे स्वयं अपने आपको भूल बैठे। वही अवज्ञाकारी है
Do not be like those who left their homes vainly and to show off to the people, and to bar [ other people ] from the way of Allah , and Allah comprehends what they do.
और उन लोगों के ऐसे न हो जाओ जो इतराते हुए और लोगों के दिखलाने के वास्ते अपने घरों से निकल खड़े हुए और लोगों को ख़ुदा की राह से रोकते हैं और जो कुछ भी वह लोग करते हैं ख़ुदा उस पर (हर तरह से) अहाता किए हुए है
Do not be like those who left their homes vainly and to show off to the people, and to bar [ other people ] from the way of Allah , and Allah comprehends what they do.
और उन लोगों की तरह न हो जाना जो अपने घरों से इतराते और लोगों को दिखाते निकले थे और वे अल्लाह के मार्ग से रोकते है, हालाँकि जो कुछ वे करते है, अल्लाह उसे अपने घेरे में लिए हुए है
Do not ever pray over any of them who dies, nor stand over his grave. They disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger and died in iniquity.
और (ऐ रसूल) उन मुनाफिक़ीन में से जो मर जाए तो कभी ना किसी पर नमाजे ज़नाज़ा पढ़ना और न उसकी क़ब्र पर (जाकर) खडे होना इन लोगों ने यक़ीनन ख़ुदा और उसके रसूल के साथ कुफ़्र किया और बदकारी की हालत में मर (भी) गए

औऱ उनमें से जिस किसी व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो उसकी जनाज़े की नमाज़ कभी न पढ़ना और न कभी उसकी क़ब्र पर खड़े होना। उन्होंने तो अल्लाह और उसके रसूल के साथ कुफ़्र किया और मरे इस दशा में कि अवज्ञाकारी थे

Do not kill the soul whom Allah has forbidden except by right. If he is slain unjustly, We have given his heir authority. But let him not exceed the limit in slaying, for he will be helped.
और जिस जान का मारना ख़ुदा ने हराम कर दिया है उसके क़त्ल न करना मगर जायज़ तौर पर और जो शख़्श नाहक़ मारा जाए तो हमने उसके वारिस को (क़ातिल पर क़सास का क़ाबू दिया है तो उसे चाहिए कि क़त्ल (ख़ून का बदला लेने) में ज्यादती न करे बेशक वह मदद दिया जाएगा

किसी जीव की हत्या न करो, जिसे (मारना) अल्लाह ने हराम ठहराया है। यह और बात है कि हक़ (न्याय) का तक़ाज़ा यही हो। और जिसकी अन्यायपूर्वक हत्या की गई हो, उसके उत्तराधिकारी को हमने अधिकार दिया है (कि वह हत्यारे से बदला ले सकता है), किन्तु वह हत्या के विषय में सीमा का उल्लंघन न करे। निश्चय ही उसकी सहायता की जाएगी
Do not make [ as equal ] with Allah another deity and [ thereby ] become censured and forsaken.
और देखो कहीं ख़ुदा के साथ दूसरे को (उसका) शरीक न बनाना वरना तुम बुरे हाल में ज़लील रुसवा बैठै के बैठें रह जाओगे

अल्लाह के साथ कोई दूसरा पूज्य-प्रभु न बनाओ अन्यथा निन्दित और असहाय होकर बैठे रह जाओगे
Do not make your oaths a means of [ mutual ] deceit among yourselves, lest feet should stumble after being steady and [ lest ] you suffer ill for barring from the way of Allah and face a great punishment.
और तुम अपनी क़समों को आपस में के फसाद का सबब न बनाओ ताकि (लोगों के) क़दम जमने के बाद (इस्लाम से) उखड़ जाएँ और फिर आख़िरकार क़यामत में तुम्हें लोगों को ख़ुदा की राह से रोकने की पादाश (रोकने के बदले) में अज़ाब का मज़ा चखना पड़े और तुम्हारे वास्ते बड़ा सख्त अज़ाब हो
