If [ instead ] you show [ some ] good or conceal it or pardon an offense - indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Competent.
यदि तुम खुले रूप में नेकी और भलाई करो या उसे छिपाओ या किसी बुराई को क्षमा कर दो, तो अल्लाह भी क्षमा करनेवाला, सामर्थ्यवान है

अगर खुल्लम खुल्ला नेकी करते हो या छिपा कर या किसी की बुराई से दरगुज़र करते हो तो तो ख़ुदा भी बड़ा दरगुज़र करने वाला (और) क़ादिर है
If a lucky chance befall you, it is evil unto them, and if disaster strike you they rejoice thereat. But if ye persevere and keep from evil their guile will never harm you. Lo! Allah is Surrounding what they do.
(ऐ ईमानदारों) अगर तुमको भलाई छू भी गयी तो उनको बुरा मालूम होता है और जब तुमपर कोई भी मुसीबत पड़ती है तो वह ख़ुश हो जाते हैं और अगर तुम सब्र करो और परहेज़गारी इख्तेयार करो तो उनका फ़रेब तुम्हें कुछ भी ज़रर नहीं पहुंचाएगा (क्योंकि) ख़ुदा तो उनकी कारस्तानियों पर हावी है

यदि तुम्हारा कोई भला होता है तो उन्हें बुरा लगता है। परन्तु यदि तुम्हें कोई अप्रिय बात पेश आती है तो उससे वे प्रसन्न हो जाते है। यदि तुमने धैर्य से काम लिया और (अल्लाह का) डर रखा, तो उनकी कोई चाल तुम्हें नुक़सान नहीं पहुँचा सकती। जो कुछ वे कर रहे है, अल्लाह ने उसे अपने धेरे में ले रखा है
If any of your wives desert you to be with the unbelievers and you retaliate, give those whose wives who have deserted the equivalent of what they have spent. And fear Allah in whom you believe.
और अगर तुम्हारी बीवियों में से कोई औरत तुम्हारे हाथ से निकल कर काफिरों के पास चली जाए और (ख़र्च न मिले) और तुम (उन काफ़िरों से लड़ो और लूटो तो (माले ग़नीमत से) जिनकी औरतें चली गयीं हैं उनको इतना दे दो जितना उनका ख़र्च हुआ है) और जिस ख़ुदा पर तुम लोग ईमान लाए हो उससे डरते रहो

If any of your women commit indecency, call in four witnesses from among yourselves against them, if they testify, confine them to their houses till death overtakes them or till Allah makes for them a way.
और वह उसमें हमेशा अपना किया भुगतता रहेगा और उसके लिए बड़ी रूसवाई का अज़ाब है और तुम्हारी औरतों में से जो औरतें बदकारी करें तो उनकी बदकारी पर अपने लोगों में से चार गवाही लो और फिर अगर चारों गवाह उसकी तसदीक़ करें तो (उसकी सज़ा ये है कि) उनको घरों में बन्द रखो यहॉ तक कि मौत आ जाए या ख़ुदा उनकी कोई (दूसरी) राह निकाले

और तुम्हारी स्त्रियों में से जो व्यभिचार कर बैठे, उनपर अपने में से चार आदमियों की गवाही लो, फिर यदि वे गवाही दे दें तो उन्हें घरों में बन्द रखो, यहाँ तक कि उनकी मृत्यु आ जाए या अल्लाह उनके लिए कोई रास्ता निकाल दे
If any one does evil or wrongs his own soul but afterwards seeks Allah 's forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft - forgiving, Most Merciful.
और जो कोई बुरा कर्म कर बैठे या अपने-आप पर अत्याचार करे, फिर अल्लाह से क्षमा की प्रार्थना करे, तो अल्लाह को बड़ा क्षमाशील, दयावान पाएगा

और जो शख्स कोई बुरा काम करे या (किसी तरह) अपने नफ्स पर ज़ुल्म करे उसके बाद ख़ुदा से अपनी मग़फ़िरत की दुआ मॉगे तो ख़ुदा को बड़ा बख्शने वाला मेहरबान पाएगा
If anyone changes the bequest after hearing it, the guilt shall be on those who make the change. For Allah hears and knows (All things).
तो जो कोई उसके सुनने के पश्चात उसे बदल डाले तो उसका गुनाह उन्हीं लोगों पर होगा जो इसे बदलेंगे। निस्संदेह अल्लाह सब कुछ सुननेवाला और जाननेवाला है
