The duty of the messenger is only to convey (the message). Allah knoweth what ye proclaim and what ye hide.
(हमारे) रसूल पर पैग़ाम पहुँचा देने के सिवा (और) कुछ (फर्ज़) नहीं और जो कुछ तुम ज़ाहिर बा ज़ाहिर करते हो और जो कुछ तुम छुपा कर करते हो ख़ुदा सब जानता है

रसूल पर (सन्देश) पहुँचा देने के अतिरिक्त और कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं। अल्लाह तो जानता है, जो कुछ तुम प्रकट करते हो और जो कुछ तुम छिपाते हो
The evil consultation is only from the devil in order that he may upset the believers, whereas he cannot harm them in the least without Allah 's command; and only upon Allah must the Muslims rely.
(बरी बातों की) सरगोशी तो बस एक शैतानी काम है (और इसलिए करते हैं) ताकि ईमानदारों को उससे रंज पहुँचे हालॉकि ख़ुदा की तरफ से आज़ादी दिए बग़ैर सरगोशी उनका कुछ बिगाड़ नहीं सकती और मोमिनीन को तो ख़ुदा ही पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए

वह कानाफूसी तो केवल शैतान की ओर से है, ताकि वह उन्हें ग़म में डाले जो ईमान लाए है। हालाँकि अल्लाह की अवज्ञा के बिना उसे कुछ भी हानि पहुँचाने की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त नहीं। और ईमानवालों को तो अल्लाह ही पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए
The example of those who choose masters other than Allah is like that of the spider; it makes the web its house; and indeed the weakest house of all is that of the spider; if only they knew.
जिन लोगों ने ख़ुदा के सिवा दूसरे कारसाज़ बना रखे हैं उनकी मसल उस मकड़ी की सी है जिसने (अपने ख्याल नाक़िस में) एक घर बनाया और उसमें तो शक ही नहीं कि तमाम घरों से बोदा घर मकड़ी का होता है मगर ये लोग (इतना भी) जानते हो
