So hold Allah in awe as much as you can, and listen and obey, and be charitable. This is for your own good. And whoever remains safe from his own greediness, it is such that will prosper.
तो जहाँ तक तुम से हो सके ख़ुदा से डरते रहो और (उसके एहकाम) सुनो और मानों और अपनी बेहतरी के वास्ते (उसकी राह में) ख़र्च करो और जो शख़्श अपने नफ्स की हिरस से बचा लिया गया तो ऐसे ही लोग मुरादें पाने वाले हैं

अतः जहाँ तक तुम्हारे बस में हो अल्लाह का डर रखो और सुनो और आज्ञापालन करो और ख़र्च करो अपनी भलाई के लिए। और जो अपने मन के लोभ एवं कृपणता से सुरक्षित रहा तो ऐसे ही लोग सफल है
So if they believe as ye believe, they are indeed on the right path; but if they turn back, it is they who are in schism; but Allah will suffice thee as against them, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
फिर यदि वे उसी तरह ईमान लाएँ जिस तरह तुम ईमान लाए हो, तो उन्होंने मार्ग पा लिया। और यदि वे मुँह मोड़े, तो फिर वही विरोध में पड़े हुए है। अतः तुम्हारी जगह स्वयं अल्लाह उनसे निबटने के लिए काफ़ी है; वह सब कुछ सुनता, जानता है

और बेशक ख़ुदा ही सब पर ग़ालिब और हिकमत वाला है

So it is likelier that they will bear testimony in proper form, or else they will be afraid that oaths may be rejected after their oaths. Fear Allah , and listen; Allah does not guide the people of the evildoers.
ये ज्यादा क़रीन क़यास है कि इस तरह पर (आख़ेरत के डर से) ठीक ठीक गवाही दें या (दुनिया की रूसवाई का) अन्देशा हो कि कहीं हमारी क़समें दूसरे फरीक़ की क़समों के बाद रद न कर दी जाएँ मुसलमानों ख़ुदा से डरो और (जी लगा कर) सुन लो और ख़ुदा बदचलन लोगों को मंज़िले मक़सूद तक नहीं पहुँचाता

इसमें इसकी सम्भावना है कि वे ठीक-ठीक गवाही देंगे या डरेंगे कि उनकी क़समों के पश्चात क़समें ली जाएँगी। अल्लाह का डर रखो और सुनो। अल्लाह अवज्ञाकारी लोगों को मार्ग नहीं दिखाता
So it is; and whoever reveres the symbols of Allah – this is then part of the piety of the hearts.
इन बातों का ख़याल रखो। और जो कोई अल्लाह के नाम लगी चीज़ों का आदर करे, तो निस्संदेह वे (चीज़ें) दिलों के तक़वा (धर्मपरायणता) से सम्बन्ध रखती है
So keep your duty to Allah and fear Him as much as you can; listen and obey; and spend in charity, that is better for yourselves. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, then they are the successful ones.
तो जहाँ तक तुम से हो सके ख़ुदा से डरते रहो और (उसके एहकाम) सुनो और मानों और अपनी बेहतरी के वास्ते (उसकी राह में) ख़र्च करो और जो शख़्श अपने नफ्स की हिरस से बचा लिया गया तो ऐसे ही लोग मुरादें पाने वाले हैं
