Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.
वही लोग है जिनके दिलों और जिनके कानों और जिनकी आँखों पर अल्लाह ने मुहर लगा दी है; और वही है जो ग़फ़लत में पड़े हुए है
Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed.
वही लोग है जिनके दिलों और जिनके कानों और जिनकी आँखों पर अल्लाह ने मुहर लगा दी है; और वही है जो ग़फ़लत में पड़े हुए है
Those before them did indeed devise plans, but Allah demolished their building from the foundations, so the roof fell down on them from above them, and the punishment came to them from whence they did not perceive.
जो उनसे पहले गुज़र है वे भी मक्कारियाँ कर चुके है। फिर अल्लाह उनके भवन पर नीवों की ओर से आया और छत उनपर उनके ऊपर से आ गिरी और ऐसे रुख़ से उनपर यातना आई जिसका उन्हें एहसास तक न था
Those before them had already plotted, but Allah came at their building from the foundations, so the roof fell upon them from above them, and the punishment came to them from where they did not perceive.
जो उनसे पहले गुज़र है वे भी मक्कारियाँ कर चुके है। फिर अल्लाह उनके भवन पर नीवों की ओर से आया और छत उनपर उनके ऊपर से आ गिरी और ऐसे रुख़ से उनपर यातना आई जिसका उन्हें एहसास तक न था

जो उनसे पहले गुज़र है वे भी मक्कारियाँ कर चुके है। फिर अल्लाह उनके भवन पर नीवों की ओर से आया और छत उनपर उनके ऊपर से आ गिरी और ऐसे रुख़ से उनपर यातना आई जिसका उन्हें एहसास तक न था

Those only are believers whose hearts become full of fear when Allah is mentioned, and when His communications are recited to them they increase them in faith, and in their Lord do they trust.
सच्चे ईमानदार तो बस वही लोग हैं कि जब (उनके सामने) ख़ुदा का ज़िक्र किया जाता है तो उनके दिल हिल जाते हैं और जब उनके सामने उसकी आयतें पढ़ी जाती हैं तो उनके ईमान को और भी ज्यादा कर देती हैं और वह लोग बस अपने परवरदिगार ही पर भरोसा रखते हैं

ईमानवाले तो वही लोग है जिनके दिल उस समय काँप उठे जबकि अल्लाह को याद किया जाए। और जब उनके सामने उसकी आयतें पढ़ी जाएँ तो वे उनके ईमान को और अधिक बढ़ा दें और वे अपने रब पर भरोसा रखते हों
Those villages We narrate their news to you. Their Messengers came to them with clear proofs, yet they would not believe what they had belied before; as such Allah seals the hearts of the unbelievers.
(ऐ रसूल) ये चन्द बस्तियाँ हैं जिन के हालात हम तुमसे बयान करते हैं और इसमें तो शक़ ही नहीं कि उनके पैग़म्बर उनके पास वाजेए व रौशन मौजिज़े लेकर आए मगर ये लोग जिसके पहले झुठला चुके थे उस पर भला काहे को ईमान लाने वाले थे ख़ुदा यूं काफिरों के दिलों पर अलामत मुकर्रर कर देता है (कि ये ईमान न लाएँगें)

ये है वे बस्तियाँ जिनके कुछ वृत्तान्त हम तुमको सुना रहे है। उनके पास उनके रसूल खुली-खुली निशानियाँ लेकर आए परन्तु वे ऐसे न हुए कि ईमान लाते। इसका कारण यह था कि वे पहले से झुठलाते रहे थे। इसी प्रकार अल्लाह इनकार करनेवालों के दिलों पर मुहर लगा देता है
Those who answered Allah and the Messenger after the wound had afflicted them, for those of them who did good and were cautious there is a great wage.
जिन लोगों ने अल्लाह और रसूल की पुकार को स्वीकार किया, इसके पश्चात कि उन्हें आघात पहुँच चुका था। इन सत्कर्मी और (अल्लाह का) डर रखनेवालों के लिए बड़ा प्रतिदान है
