And (as for) the man who steals and the woman who steals, cut off their hands as a punishment for what they have earned, an exemplary punishment from Allah ; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
और चोर चाहे स्त्री हो या पुरुष दोनों के हाथ काट दो। यह उनकी कमाई का बदला है और अल्लाह की ओर से शिक्षाप्रद दंड। अल्लाह प्रभुत्वशाली, तत्वदर्शी है
And (as for) the man who steals and the woman who steals, cut off their hands as a punishment for what they have earned, an exemplary punishment from Allah ; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
और चोर ख्वाह मर्द हो या औरत तुम उनके करतूत की सज़ा में उनका (दाहिना) हाथ काट डालो ये (उनकी सज़ा) ख़ुदा की तरफ़ से है और ख़ुदा (तो) बड़ा ज़बरदस्त हिकमत वाला है
And (as for) those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, the evidence of one of these (should be taken) four times, bearing Allah to witness that he is most surely of the truthful ones.
और जो लोग अपनी बीवियों पर (ज़िना) का ऐब लगाएँ और (इसके सुबूत में) अपने सिवा उनका कोई गवाह न हो तो ऐसे लोगों में से एक की गवाही चार मरतबा इस तरह होगी कि वह (हर मरतबा) ख़ुदा की क़सम खाकर बयान करे कि वह (अपने दावे में) जरुर सच्चा है
And (as for) those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, the evidence of one of these (should be taken) four times, bearing Allah to witness that he is most surely of the truthful ones.
औऱ जो लोग अपनी पत्नियों पर दोषारोपण करें औऱ उनके पास स्वयं के सिवा गवाह मौजूद न हों, तो उनमें से एक (अर्थात पति) चार बार अल्लाह की क़सम खाकर यह गवाही दे कि वह बिलकुल सच्चा है
And (as for) those who believed afterwards and fled and struggled hard along with you, they are of you; and the possessors of relationships are nearer to each other in the ordinance of Allah ; surely Allah knows all things.
और जो लोग बाद में ईमान लाए और उन्होंने हिजरत की और तुम्हारे साथ मिलकर जिहाद किया तो ऐसे लोग भी तुम में ही से हैं। किन्तु अल्लाह की किताब मे ख़ून के रिश्तेदार एक-दूसरे के ज़्यादा हक़दार है। निश्चय ही अल्लाह को हर चीज़ का ज्ञान है

And (as for) those who believed afterwards and fled and struggled hard along with you, they are of you; and the possessors of relationships are nearer to each other in the ordinance of Allah ; surely Allah knows all things.
और जिन लोगों ने (सुलह हुदैबिया के) बाद ईमान क़ुबूल किया और हिजरत की और तुम्हारे साथ मिलकर जिहाद किया वह लोग भी तुम्हीं में से हैं और साहबाने क़राबत ख़ुदा की किताब में बाहम एक दूसरे के (बनिस्बत औरों के) ज्यादा हक़दार हैं बेशक ख़ुदा हर चीज़ से ख़ूब वाक़िफ हैं
And (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, Allah watches over them, and you have not charge over them.
और जिन लोगों ने उससे हटकर अपने कुछ दूसरे संरक्षक बना रखे हैं, अल्लाह उनपर निगरानी रखे हुए है। तुम उनके कोई ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हो
And (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, Allah watches over them, and you have not charge over them.
और जिन लोगों ने ख़ुदा को छोड़ कर (और) अपने सरपरस्त बना रखे हैं ख़ुदा उनकी निगरानी कर रहा है (ऐ रसूल) तुम उनके निगेहबान नहीं हो
And (as to) those who disbelieve in the communications of Allah and His meeting, they have despaired of My mercy, and these it is that shall have a painful punishment.
और जिन लोगों ने ख़ुदा की आयतों और (क़यामत के दिन) उसके सामने हाज़िर होने से इन्कार किया मेरी रहमत से मायूस हो गए हैं और उन्हीं लोगों के वास्ते दर्दनाक अज़ाब है
And (as to) those who disbelieve in the communications of Allah and His meeting, they have despaired of My mercy, and these it is that shall have a painful punishment.
और जिन लोगों ने अल्लाह की आयतों और उससे मिलने का इनकार किया, वही लोग है जो मेरी दयालुता से निराश हुए और वही है जिनके लिए दुखद यातना है। -
