O People who Believe! Some of your wives and children are your enemies, therefore be wary of them; and if you pardon and overlook and forgive, then indeed Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful.
ऐ ईमानदारों तुम्हारी बीवियों और तुम्हारी औलाद में से बाज़ तुम्हारे दुशमन हैं तो तुम उनसे बचे रहो और अगर तुम माफ कर दो दरगुज़र करो और बख्श दो तो ख़ुदा बड़ा बख्शने वाला मेहरबान है
O People who Believe! When the call for prayer is given on (Friday) the day of congregation, rush towards the remembrance of Allah and stop buying and selling; this is better for you if you understand.
ऐ ईमान लानेवालो, जब जुमा के दिन नमाज़ के लिए पुकारा जाए तो अल्लाह की याद की ओर दौड़ पड़ो और क्रय-विक्रय छोड़ दो। यह तुम्हारे लिए अच्छा है, यदि तुम जानो

ऐ ईमानदारों जब जुमा का दिन नमाज़ (जुमा) के लिए अज़ान दी जाए तो ख़ुदा की याद (नमाज़) की तरफ दौड़ पड़ो और (ख़रीद) व फरोख्त छोड़ दो अगर तुम समझते हो तो यही तुम्हारे हक़ में बेहतर है
O People who Believe! When you meet an army, hold firm and remember Allah profusely, in order that you succeed.
ऐ ईमान लानेवालो ! जब तुम्हारा किसी गिरोह से मुक़ाबला हो जाए तो जमे रहो और अल्लाह को ज़्यादा याद करो, ताकि तुम्हें सफलता प्राप्त हो
O People who Believe! When you meet an army, hold firm and remember Allah profusely, in order that you succeed.
ऐ ईमानदारों जब तुम किसी फौज से मुठभेड़ करो तो ख़बरदार अपने क़दम जमाए रहो और ख़ुदा को बहुंत याद करते रहो ताकि तुम फलाह पाओ

O People who Believe – fight the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find severity in you, and know well that Allah is with the pious.
ऐ ईमान लानेवालो ! उन इनकार करनेवालों से लड़ो जो तुम्हारे निकट है और चाहिए कि वे तुममें सख़्ती पाएँ, और जान रखो कि अल्लाह डर रखनेवालों के साथ है

ऐ ईमानदारों कुफ्फार में से जो लोग तुम्हारे आस पास के है उन से लड़ों और (इस तरह लड़ना) चाहिए कि वह लोग तुम में करारापन महसूस करें और जान रखो कि बेशुबहा ख़ुदा परहेज़गारों के साथ है
O Prophet, enjoin your wives and your daughters and the believing women, to draw a part of their outer coverings around them. It is likelier that they will be recognised and not molested. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
ऐ नबी ! अपनी पत्नि यों और अपनी बेटियों और ईमानवाली स्त्रियों से कह दो कि वे अपने ऊपर अपनी चादरों का कुछ हिस्सा लटका लिया करें। इससे इस बात की अधिक सम्भावना है कि वे पहचान ली जाएँ और सताई न जाएँ। अल्लाह बड़ा क्षमाशील, दयावान है
O Prophet, fear Allah , and do not obey the unbelievers and the hypocrites. Allah is the Knower, the Wise.
ऐ नबी ! अल्लाह का डर रखना और इनकार करनेवालों और कपटाचारियों का कहना न मानना। वास्तब में अल्लाह सर्वज्ञ, तत्वदर्शी है
O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters and the believing women to draw their veils close to them, so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful.
ऐ नबी ! अपनी पत्नि यों और अपनी बेटियों और ईमानवाली स्त्रियों से कह दो कि वे अपने ऊपर अपनी चादरों का कुछ हिस्सा लटका लिया करें। इससे इस बात की अधिक सम्भावना है कि वे पहचान ली जाएँ और सताई न जाएँ। अल्लाह बड़ा क्षमाशील, दयावान है
