They seek to deceive Allah and those who have faith, yet they deceive no one but themselves, but they are not aware.
वे अल्लाह और ईमानवालों के साथ धोखेबाज़ी कर रहे हैं, हालाँकि धोखा वे स्वयं अपने-आपको ही दे रहे हैं, परन्तु वे इसको महसूस नहीं करते
They seek to extinguish Allah 's light (by blowing) with their mouths, but Allah shall spread His light in all its fullness, howsoever the unbelievers may abhor this.
ये लोग अपने मुँह से (फूँक मारकर) ख़ुदा के नूर को बुझाना चाहते हैं हालॉकि ख़ुदा अपने नूर को पूरा करके रहेगा अगरचे कुफ्फ़ार बुरा ही (क्यों न) मानें
They seek to extinguish Allah 's light (by blowing) with their mouths, but Allah shall spread His light in all its fullness, howsoever the unbelievers may abhor this.
वे चाहते है कि अल्लाह के प्रकाश को अपने मुँह की फूँक से बुझा दे, किन्तु अल्लाह अपने प्रकाश को पूर्ण करके ही रहेगा, यद्यपि इनकार करनेवालों को अप्रिय ही लगे
They seek to hide from men and seek not to hide from Allah . He is with them when by night they hold discourse displeasing unto Him. Allah ever surroundeth what they do.
वे लोगों से तो छिपते है, परन्तु अल्लाह से नहीं छिपते। वह तो (उस समय भी) उनके साथ होता है, जब वे रातों में उस बात की गुप्त - मंत्रणा करते है जो उनकी इच्छा के विरुद्ध होती है। जो कुछ वे करते है, वह अल्लाह (के ज्ञान) से आच्छदित है

लोगों से तो अपनी शरारत छुपाते हैं और (ख़ुदा से नहीं छुपा सकते) हालॉकि वह तो उस वक्त भी उनके साथ साथ है जब वह लोग रातों को (बैठकर) उन बातों के मशवरे करते हैं जिनसे ख़ुदा राज़ी नहीं और ख़ुदा तो उनकी सब करतूतों को (इल्म के अहाते में) घेरे हुए है

और उन लोगों ने ख़ुदा की आयतों के बदले थोड़ी सी क़ीमत (दुनियावी फायदे) हासिल करके (लोगों को) उसकी राह से रोक दिया बेशक ये लोग जो कुछ करते हैं ये बहुत ही बुरा है

उन्होंने अल्लाह की आयतों के बदले थोड़ा-सा मूल्य स्वीकार किया और इस प्रकार वे उसका मार्ग अपनाने से रूक गए। निश्चय ही बहुत बुरा है, जो कुछ वे कर रहे हैं
They shall have no protectors to help them against Allah . For he whom Allah causes to go astray will have no way to save himself.
और उनके कुछ संरक्षक भी न होंगे, जो सहायता करके उन्हें अल्लाह से बचा सकें। जिसे अल्लाह गुमराही में डाल दे तो उसके लिए फिर कोई मार्ग नहीं। '

और ख़ुदा के सिवा न उनके सरपरस्त ही होंगे जो उनकी मदद को आएँ और जिसको ख़ुदा गुमराही में छोड़ दे तो उसके लिए (हिदायत की) कोई राह नहीं

और उनके कुछ संरक्षक भी न होंगे, जो सहायता करके उन्हें अल्लाह से बचा सकें। जिसे अल्लाह गुमराही में डाल दे तो उसके लिए फिर कोई मार्ग नहीं। '
