When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease were saying, 'These Muslims are proud of their religion'; and whoever trusts Allah , then indeed Allah is Almighty, Wise.
(ये वक्त था) जब मुनाफिक़ीन और जिन लोगों के दिल में (कुफ्र का) मर्ज़ है कह रहे थे कि उन मुसलमानों को उनके दीन ने धोके में डाल रखा है (कि इतराते फिरते हैं हालॉकि जो शख़्स ख़ुदा पर भरोसा करता है (वह ग़ालिब रहता है क्योंकि) ख़ुदा तो यक़ीनन ग़ालिब और हिकमत वाला है

याद करो जब कपटाचारी और वे लोग जिनके दिलों में रोग है, कह रहे थे, ' इन लोगों को तो इनके धर्म ने धोखे में डाल रखा है। ' हालाँकि जो अल्लाह पर भरोसा रखता है, तो निश्चय ही अल्लाह अत्यन्त प्रभुत्वशाली, तत्वदर्शी है
When the hypocrites said, and [ also ] those in whose hearts is a sickness, 'Their religion has deceived them.' But whoever puts his trust in Allah , then Allah is indeed all-mighty, all-wise.
(ये वक्त था) जब मुनाफिक़ीन और जिन लोगों के दिल में (कुफ्र का) मर्ज़ है कह रहे थे कि उन मुसलमानों को उनके दीन ने धोके में डाल रखा है (कि इतराते फिरते हैं हालॉकि जो शख़्स ख़ुदा पर भरोसा करता है (वह ग़ालिब रहता है क्योंकि) ख़ुदा तो यक़ीनन ग़ालिब और हिकमत वाला है

When the servant of Allah rose to pray to Him, they almost crowded around him.
और यह कि ' जब अल्लाह का बन्दा उसे पुकारता हुआ खड़ा हुआ तो वे ऐसे लगते है कि उसपर जत्थे बनकर टूट पड़ेगे। '

When they came upon you from above you and from below you, and when eyes turned aside and hearts reached to the gullets, and of Allah ye were imagining various things.
याद करो जब वे तुम्हारे ऊपर की ओर से और तुम्हारे नीचे की ओर से भी तुमपर चढ़ आए, और जब निगाहें टेढ़ी-तिरछी हो गई और उर (हृदय) कंठ को आ लगे। और तुम अल्लाह के बारे में तरह-तरह के गुमान करने लगे थे

जिस वक्त वह लोग तुम पर तुम्हारे ऊपर से आ पड़े और तुम्हारे नीचे की तरफ से भी पिल गए और जिस वक्त (उनकी कसरत से) तुम्हारी ऑंखें ख़ैरा हो गयीं थी और (ख़ौफ से) कलेजे मुँह को आ गए थे और ख़ुदा पर तरह-तरह के (बुरे) ख्याल करने लगे थे।
When they come to you, they say, 'We believe.' Certainly, they enter with disbelief and leave with it, and Allah knows best as to what they have been concealing.
और (मुसलमानों) जब ये लोग तुम्हारे पास आ जाते हैं तो कहते हैं कि हम तो ईमान लाए हैं हालॉकि वह कुफ़्र ही को साथ लेकर आए और फिर निकले भी तो साथ लिए हुए और जो नेफ़ाक़ वह छुपाए हुए थे ख़ुदा उसे ख़ूब जानता है

जब वे (यहूदी) तुम लोगों के पास आते है तो कहते है, ' हम ईमान ले आए। ' हालाँकि वे इनकार के साथ आए थे और उसी के साथ चले गए। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानता है जो कुछ वे छिपाते है
When ye are greeted with a greeting, greet ye with a better than it or return it. Lo! Allah taketh count of all things.
और जब कोई शख्स सलाम करे तो तुम भी उसके जवाब में उससे बेहतर तरीक़े से सलाम करो या वही लफ्ज़ जवाब में कह दो बेशक ख़ुदा हर चीज़ का हिसाब करने वाला है
